AYL values – are the principles that are shared by all the members of the Association, form their style of thinking, define moral norms of the work. System of the values of the organization is a basis for creating its declaration and mission.

Our values are:

• Youth teach youth;
• Individual freedom (freedom of choice, freedom of communication, principle of voluntary participation);
• Atmosphere of safety and cooperation (support, mutual respect, benevolence);
• Personal growth motivation;
• Belief that we could change the world around us.
