The entire work of the Association of Young Leaders, as well as the initial establishment of this organization would not be possible without amazing people inspired by the leadership program. Each of these people is an outstanding individual and a great role model. And when these people unite in their effort to fulfill the mission of the AYL, they succeed in every initiative.

Majority of the AYL staff is college and high school students. They volunteer in developing and implementing educational programs, setting up and administering conferences and other events. Young members of the staff are supported by the work of older, often professional staff. Some of the members of the staff have their own web pages, which you are welcome to visit.
